Our 30-minute sessions are ideal for clients seeking brief, solution-focused therapy or follow-up support between longer appointments. These shorter sessions work well for individuals with tight schedules, or for addressing specific issues such as coping skills, stress management, or emotional check-ins. This time frame provides a convenient, structured space to stay on track with your therapeutic goals.
45 minute therapy session
Balanced Support for Meaningful Progress.

The 45-minute session is the standard for many therapy practices and offers a comfortable balance between depth and structure. This format provides ample time to explore current challenges, build insight, and develop strategies for healing and growth—without feeling rushed. It's a solid choice for ongoing therapy and consistent progress.



60 minute therapy session
Deep Dive into Healing and Transformation.

Our 60-minute sessions allow for deeper exploration of emotions, life experiences, and patterns. This extended time frame is especially helpful for trauma work, grief processing, or navigating complex issues that require more space and care. It also provides time for grounding exercises, mindfulness work, or integrating therapeutic techniques at a comfortable pace.
